Introduction

The Corporate Policy goal is to create the system of relations that allows to respect rights of the Company and of each partner without limiting the partner’s free discretion in his activity at the same time.

The Corporate Policy is aimed at creation and implementation of ethic and legal professional practices, which will promote great sales growth and partner networking without incorrect, unfair and illegal acts from the partners’ side.

Partner’s Ethics Code

The Ethics Code is an integral part of the Company Corporate Policy. Each partner of Business Process Technologies Company is obliged to comply with the Ethics Code.

The main purpose of the Ethics Code is to create optimal conditions for the effective business development of each partner of the Company. Compliance with the Ethics Code by each partner leads to the strengthening of the Company business reputation, creates a healthy moral climate in partner structures, forms loyalty of consumers and partners.

The provisions of the Ethics Сode are the standards of conduct, which must be followed by each partner. These rules are adopted to define the functions, duties and rights of partners in relation to each other, as well as the relationship between partners and the Company.

The Ethics Code simplifies the work of the partner greatly: now he knows accurately and without any tolerances what he can and what he cannot, and he can determine by himself whether he exceeds.

Ethical norms and rules, which must be followed by a partner of the Company, have always existed in Business Process Technologies Company. It's time for a clear formulation and documenting of the provisions of the Ethics Сode for a partner of Business Process Technologies Company.

Ethics in relation to a customer;
  1. To inform customers truly about the quality and properties of the products of the Company, using informational materials of the Company for this.
  2. To provide only official information on income generation opportunities in Business Process Technologies Company to potential partners.
  3. A partner of the Company must always have a neat look, respect the rules of business communication and business style of clothes.
Ethics in relation to a sponsor;
  1. A partner must be grateful to his informational sponsor for inviting him to the business with the Company.
  2. It is forbidden to lure existing partners of the Company from the structures of other sponsors.
  3. It is forbidden to sign the second contract in the name of your spouse or any other person in order to continue partnering under another partner (sponsor).
  4. Sponsor change is also forbidden for any other purpose except for the ethic committee decision.
  5. In such cases the Company conducts an investigation and returns the organization under the first sponsor with subsequent recalculation of all received fees in favour of the first partner (sponsor).
  6. No partner or leader is allowed to interfere in activities or influence, expressing negative opinions, comments, recommendations on partners, which do not belong to his sales structure, without the consent of the direct sponsor or responsible leader of the structure.
  7. If a partner of another structure applies to a leader of a concrete structure on any issue related to his activity, this leader must direct him to a consultation with his leader and inform this leader about the situation.
  8. Any partner must comply with the line of authority. If a junior partner of the structure or a partner of another structure applies to a leader with a complaint about his sponsor, violation of ethics by a sponsor or another partner, the leader must inform a direct partner's sponsor and report about the fact of violation to the Company in his Back Office (Help section).
  9. If after registration a candidate does not become a partner (does not pay for the product) within 30 days, another partner of any other structure may register him.
Ethics in relation to a partner;

To fulfill conscientiously his sponsor duties

  1. All partners, who become sponsors of new partners, are obliged to share the spirit of the corporate culture to the partners-candidates and draw their attention to compliance with the Corporate policy rules.
  2. Each sponsor, together with his leader of the structure, is responsible for informing a new partner about the correct use of the products and income generation opportunities due to the Marketing Plan.
  3. Leaders must teach their partners the principles of working together in the network and prevent any unfair activity, especially connected with unethical practices of attracting new candidates, which may harm the reputation of the Company, the products of the Company and the services of the Company.
  4. All leaders, beginning from a qualification of a Consultant, need to hold meetings systematically and participate actively as speakers in holding the company's system events, and also participate personally in all events arranged by the Company.
  5. To keep friendly and correct relations with all partners of the Company. To prevent spreading of rumors that could affect negatively the business reputation of any partner, and to support a healthy atmosphere in the partner's environment.
Ethics in relation to your own company;
  1. Each partner must understand that he is a part of a wider range of people that have a common goal and purpose, therefore it is extremely necessary for him to show positive behavior in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork to all other partners.
  2. To use only those techniques and a strategy that will not harm Business Process Technologies Company and MLM industry in general, while building your own business.
  3. A partner is obliged to learn the products of the Company and all the tools for business promotion within a month after signing the contract with the Company.
  4. A partner of the Company has the right to make any records of the leaders' speeches (with their permission) of the Company only for personal use. Copying and distribution of such records without a leader’s consent is strictly forbidden.
  5. It is not recommended to a partner to make changes in the Uniform format of slides of the Сompany without coordination with the management, except new promotions, addresses of your own centers and announcements about training.
  6. A partner is forbidden to use Business Process Technologies Company to distribute any products and services, except those that are approved by the Company.
  7. A partner is forbidden to distribute information that damages the business reputation and the dignity of other partners, employees of Business Process Technologies Company. If a partner knows about events that may have the negative effect on the image and reputation of Business Process Technologies Company, he must inform the Company about this in writing in the near future.
  8. A partner is forbidden to involve the Company's partners into other MLM companies, to advertise the products of other companies on the territory of Business Process Technologies Company: offices and trade halls, regional representatives (service centers and warehouses), event venues, exhibition stands, Internet resources.
  9. It is forbidden to carry out active work in other MLM companies, beginning from a TOP-manager qualification.
  10. Partners of the Company must not discredit their partners, products and services of the Company, the Marketing Plan, the Company's staff in the eyes of the third parties or even other partners.
  11. Any offers, comments, questions relating to the above mentioned, and everything else that is related to the normal operation of the Company, must be sent in writing to the Company through the Help section in your Back Office. The correspondence between partners and the Company is confidential, and the Company is not obliged to publish it or provide it to the third parties.
Penalties for violation of the Ethics Code

In case of violation of these rules and provisions, an independent partner is obliged to report about the fact of violation in writing to the management of the Company, providing evidence of violation. The company will investigate each case thoroughly and take appropriate measures for each individual case.

If an independent partner violates the rules of the Company, the management may use a number of penalties (to suspend or deny bonuses, terminate, give reprimand or warning).

IF THE INTENTIONAL RESUBSCRIPTION IS PROVEN, i.e. it has been carried out with the participation of one of the "new" higher-level Partners, then the penalties will be applied to the last one:

  1. The whole new organization returns to the previous place.
  2. The recalculation is carried out - the normalization of the payments calculation of both higher-level structures for the last three months, beginning from the moment of the decision to return the organization.
    1. for the first case of violation - the deprivation of all bonuses for three months;
    2. for the second case of violation - removal from the Company.
  3. A re-subscribed partner is penalized:
    1. for the first case of violation - "freezing" of a check for 1 month
    2. for the second case of violation - a fine from 300 to 2,000 euros is imposed

Decisions of the management of the Company (Ethics Committee) on issues of violation of rules and ethical norms are not subject to appeal.

The partner’s Ethics code is the main goal of the Company - the promotion of high-quality products and achieving personal prosperity by all partners of the Company.

The Code is effective for all partners of the Company, regardless of the time of signing the Cooperation Agreement with Business Process Technologies Company. Violation of the provisions of the Ethics Code causes imposition of sanctions, set by the Company, the current legislation and other regulations, to a violator.
